By visiting our website Silk and Willow Creative Wellbeing (referred to as Silk and Willow), and/or purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below including those additional, product and service information; terms; conditions and policies referenced herein and/or variable by hyperlink. Therefore, please read them carefully. By making a booking or purchasing a product you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, workshops, and products purchases without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, customers merchants and /or contributors of content.

No products element of or items created in our workshops or purchased as a kit is to be replicated or redistribute for commercial gain.

Booking Workshops On Behalf Of Others:

If booking a workshop on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to provide that person with Silk and Willow’s full terms and conditions.

If booking a workshop on behalf of another person you must arrange money transfer between yourself and the person for whom you made the booking for.
-
Failure to attend the workshop on the day will result in 100% loss of booking fee with no option to reschedule or obtain a refund.

Workshop General Terms and Conditions

Our classes commence on time, failure to arrive on time, will result in incomplete instruction and may affect your final piece of work.

Closed toe shoe should be worn to workshops.

Whilst all care and responsibility will be taken during workshops it is the participant’s responsibility to listen to and follow all safety and workshop instructions and not misuse equipment, Silk and Willow will not be held liable for any injury that may occur during our workshops.

Silk and Willow will not be held responsibility for any loss of participant's property.

Silk and Willow workshops are creative in nature and whilst all instruction is provided, the final nature, design, and quality of outcome of work is open to the participants interpretations and refunds are not offered for participant’s dissatisfaction with their work. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Our workshop materials and completed items as well as our craft kits contain small items which could be choking hazard for small children or those with cognitive impairment. Therefore are not suitable for children under 12 or those with cognitive impairment of all ages. This is not meant as discrimination but rather for the safety of the end-user. For children over 12 years of age adult is required.

Our workshops and craft kits may contain sharp contents it is imperative to listen and/or read all instructions and take all care and responsibility for your personal safety.

Occupational health and safety for workshops held at a private venue for customised and corporate clients are the responsibility of the venue owner and the person or organisation booking the workshop.

Workshop Cancelation Policy:

As our classes are in high demand, payment in full for the workshop is required to secure a place.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
-
If you know in advance that you are not able to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person for the same workshop to be held on the same day as per the original booking. Please note you must arrange money transfer between yourself and the person who will take your place.

Bookings are not transferable to other dates within 48 hours or the workshop.
-
Non-attendance forfeits the fee paid and is not transferable.

If we cancel a workshop:

All classes have a minimum number of attendees, classes that do not reach a minim number of participants will be rescheduled.

We aim to notify participants within 48 hours prior to the workshop.

Participants will be offered a choice of transferring to the next available class or a credit to be used for another class or a full refund.

We do not accept liability for any travel or other costs in the event of cancellation.

Products Purchased:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Silk and Willow's products are creative in nature and whilst all instruction is provided, the final nature, design, and quality of outcome of work is open to the purchaser’s interpretations and own creativity therefore refunds are not offered for purchaser’s dissatisfaction with their work.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the products or service will be corrected.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Our creative kit materials and completed items contain small items which could be choking hazard for small children or those with cognitive impairment. Children 12 years and older should be adequately supervised using the creative kits.

Our creative kits may contain small and sharp components it is imperative read all instructions and take all care and responsibility for your personal safety.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store to ensure your goods are received in a timely manner.

Custom and Corporate Workshops:

Minimum and maximum numbers of participants apply as arranged at the time of booking.

Extra participants can be added up to 24 hours prior to the workshop at additional cost so long as the extra bookings do not exceed the maximin number allowed for the workshop and Silk and Willow has been paid in full for the extra participants no later than 24 hours prior to the workshop commencing.

The date and time of the workshops once confirmed with full payment cannot be changed.

Access must be identified to us in terms of parking, elevators, stairs and security doors.

The organiser to provide a suitable room to accommodate all participants with sufficient ventilation, lighting, heating and cooling.

The organiser to provide and set up and pack up of tables and chairs.

Venue flooring is the responsibility of the workshop organiser. Whilst all care will be taken, the organiser is responsible for the carpet/flooring and Silk and Willow will not be responsible for damages to the carpet/flooring.

The organiser is responsible for advertising the event and providing sufficient detail relating to location, commencement time, parking, access, comfort and other faculties to participants to the workshops.

The organiser will provide Silk and Willow with access to power points and running water and rest room.

The organiser accepts responsibility for the premises, Silk and Willow will not be liable for any damages caused by participants.

Privacy, Security and Payment:

Silk and Willow is committed to protecting your privacy. Your details will not be shared with a third party as per the Data Protection Act 1998, with the exception of Class Bento who facilitates our workshop bookings and PayPal who facilitates our payment for our products inclusive of craft kits.

Payment for workshops that are facilitated through Class Bento, are subject to Class Bento's terms and conditions in relation to security of financial transactions. Silk and Willow will not be held responsible for any financial losses by you.

Payment for workshops that are facilitated through PayPal, are subject to P's terms and conditions in relation to security of financial transactions. Silk and Willow will not be held responsible for any financial losses by you.

Payment for products and craft kits through PayPal, and are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions in relation to security of financial transactions. Silk and Willow will not be held responsible for any financial losses by you.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Silk and Willow and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms of service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to workshops, product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service, products or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the service, products or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the service, products or on any related website has been modified or updated.
